Following our letting of Melrose House at Exeter’s Pynes Hill Office Campus last year, we have now sold the building to a local investor.

Melrose House is a detached building of 6,480 sq.ft on a site which includes 33 parking spaces. The tenant, Streets Bush Chartered Accountants, undertook substantial works at lease commencement, including full refurbishment, new air conditioning system, replacement of windows and installation of EV charging, and the building now achieves a top energy performance rating.

The investment, with Streets Bush on a 10-year lease at a rent of £120,000 per annum, has been sold off an asking price of £1.275 million.
