We have let premises to a growing tech firm, relocating from their start-up site at Exeter Science Park.

Ox-Tech develops clean-tech solutions for the agriculture sector, and has moved to Bishops Court Gardens at Clyst St Mary on the edge of Exeter as it expands and develops.

The firm has taken 2,750 sq.ft of office and light industrial space, which was marketed at a rent of £31,250 per annum.
