We have let a retail unit in Gandy Street, Exeter which is a narrow cobbled street popular with boutique retailers, situated between the Central Library and the busy shopping areas of Queen Street and Guildhall.

The unit which was formerly occupied by JoJo Maman Bebe has been split into two units, the first of which we let in 2025 and the second, at 26 Gandy Street, has now been let to an independent retailer of handmade gift items.

The 700 sq ft unit was let at a rent of £17,850 per annum.
