We have sold the freehold of Rockeagle House at Exeter’s Pynes Hill Office Campus.

The building offers 3,322 sq ft of accommodation on two floors, and is set on its own site with a 15-space car park. We marketed the building by way of a new lease at a quoting rent of £49,000 per annum, but having received interest off-market from three potential purchasers, terms were agreed with an accountancy firm for their own occupation.
