Stratton Creber Commercial has been named the most active commercial property agent in Devon for the eighth consecutive year.

The firm received the Most Active Agent Award for Devon 2017 from EGi, the online arm of Estates Gazette, the property industry’s leading journal.

Widely recognised as one of the top accolades for commercial property agents, the EGi awards celebrate the number of transactions completed each year.

It is the eighth consecutive year that the practice has been named as Devon’s most active, meaning the firm has let, sold and acquired more than anyone else in the county’s commercial sector.

EGi invited agents to submit records of their deals for the twelve months to August 2017 before compiling a comprehensive list of which agents had carried out the most deals across all commercial property types and across all regions of the UK.

Managing Director Chris Ryland says: “These are exciting times in commercial property and we are delighted to be named Devon’s most active agent for the eighth year running.

“The award endorses our commitment to the sector with the largest dedicated agency team in Devon, based in Plymouth and Exeter.

“It also provides a level of confidence for our clients who trust us to maximise their property assets.

“We are really proud to be recognised once again for being at the forefront of promoting and enabling business opportunity in Devon and Cornwall.”

The firm’s Truro office was named fourth most active agent in Cornwall.
