The site comprises 23,758 sq ft of building on a site of just over two acres, and was fitted out with a substantial office content.

Despite the property’s suburban location surrounded largely by modern housing, the majority of interest was from industrial and logistics operators and the purchaser plans to use the site in conjunction with their existing facilities in the area.
