A redundant public toilet building on Blackboy Road, Exeter has been sold, paving the way for a new chapter for the long-vacant site.

No longer required for its original purpose, the property had become surplus to operational requirements.

The sale will enable the building to be brought back into productive use with the new owner expected to repurpose the property, giving the former facility a new lease of life while preserving an active use for the site.
