We have completed two linked transactions on an office at Exeter Airport Business Park.
Acting for the landlord, we agreed terms for a renewal of the lease to the current tenant of 3 Silverdown Office Park at a headline rent of £29,500 per annum.
The tenant’s renewal was dependent on a subtenant being found for the first floor, and we introduced maintenance contractors Ian Williams, who took a sublease at a headline rent of £15,000 per annum.
We now have Unit 6 Silverdown on the market, offering 2,070 sq.ft of self-contained offices with 6 parking spaces.
