Following a short period of marketing, three new tenants have taken space at a modern barn conversion scheme on the edge of Exeter.

Huxham Barns is a cluster of offices which were converted to highly distinctive offices a few years ago. With the original tenant having outgrown their space, which comprised three units, these have now been let to three separate tenants.
