Tom is a Director of the firm responsible for the Company’s Professional Services Department and heads up the Truro office.

Day to day work is within the Professional Services Department specialising in Valuations, Landlord & Tenant matters and Business Rates appeals with particular focus on medical property.

Tom achieved Chartered status as a professional member of the RICS in 2012 and was appointed a Director in 2018.
