Stratton Creber Commercial have completed an off-market sale of Woolwell Shopping Centre in Plymouth.

West Midlands-based property firm Sheet Anchor Investments acquired the parade for an undisclosed sum.

Tenants include Premier, The Hair Company and Woolwell Fish Bar.

Agency surveyor Gavin Sagar said: “I am really pleased to have agreed the sale of Woolwell Shopping Centre which shows that well-located located retail parades remain popular with investors.”
