We have let a retail unit in prime city centre location in Exeter.

The unit, at 244-246 High Street, was formerly a Three store, has been let to a national retailer of footwear, adding to their outlets in the South West region in Plymouth, Truro, Barnstaple, Weymouth and Bath.

The letting was agreed off an asking rent of £80,000 per annum.
