We have completed the sale of 34 Devon Square in Newton Abbot.

The 1,850 sq.ft building, which has parking to the rear, was formerly an accountant’s office and has been sold to a Devon-based firm of solicitors with an expanding team in Newton Abbot.

The building sold off an asking price of £350,000.
