We have completed a letting of 11 Mallard Road on the Sowton Industrial Estate, Exeter.

The letting to Howmet, who occupy adjoining premises, was facilitated by the surrender of the lease to the former tenant, Frobishers.

The 11,000 sq ft building was let off an asking rent of £90,000 per annum.
