A Plymouth agency surveyor has been named a top dealmaker by the property industry’s leading journal.

Gavin Sagar, of Stratton Creber Commercial, achieved second place on the Estates Gazette South West leaderboard that ranks property agents according to the number of deals they have completed.

The accolade recognises Gavin’s 31 property deals over a nine month period in 2021 which included more than 70,280 square feet of transacted space in the retail, office and industrial sectors.

The Estates Gazette rankings provide an up-to-date picture of how agencies are performing across the UK. Figures are by number of transactions and include lettings and occupier sales across all sectors.
