We have sold a modern office building on Exeter’s Matford Park.

Unit 2 Palatine House is a semi-detached building constructed by Rockeagle in around 2004.

Originally fitted out as laboratory space on the ground floor, the building had been largely stripped of its internal fit-out.

It was sold to a building services company who will occupy it upon completion of their own works.
