A secure storage compound in the Haven Banks area of Exeter has been sold following competitive bidding which resulted in a price well above the asking price.

The compound, on Tan Lane, provides around 4,800 sq.ft of securely fenced and gated storage land with connections to utilities. It has been purchased by a local recycling company off an asking price of £130,000.
