11a Wardrew Road is a self-contained site in a largely residential area off the busy retail frontages of Cowick Street. The buildings on site total 4,712 sq ft comprising workshops and offices. It has been used as a builder’s yard and workshops, and the purchaser plans to use it for educational purposes.
