Acting on behalf of Cash Access, who are rolling out a network of banking hubs around the UK, we have completed the acquisition of a unit at the Fleet Walk Shopping Centre in Torquay.

The unit, formerly trading as Cobra Coffee, was taken by way of a lease assignment at a rent of £26,000 per annum.

The acquisition follows others which we have agreed on behalf of Cash Access, and we continue to seek units for them in other towns in Devon and Cornwall including Honiton and Falmouth.
