We have agreed a letting of a ground floor office suite in Exeter’s central business district.

The suite, formerly occupied by an estate agent, has been let to a business which offers repairs and after-sales service for laptops and other devices, relocating from the Princesshay shopping centre.

The suite was let off an asking rent of £9,000 per annum
