Acting on behalf of the United Reformed Church, we have sold a substantial ecclesiastical building in the town of Teignmouth on the South Devon coast.

The 19th Century church, totalling some 6,300 sq ft, is a landmark building on the edge of the town centre, close to the railway station.

It sold at auction off a guide price of £100,000 and Stratton Creber Commercial acted as joint auctioneers.
