We have completed the sale of Zenith Lodge on Magdalen Road in Exeter’s St Leonards district.

The distinctive building, with curved full-height glazing to the first floor giving the office a panoramic view of the city centre, was previously the private office of a well-known local businessman, and has been purchased by a law practice for their local relocation.

The property was offered at a guide price of £265,000 but owing to strong levels of interest and competitive bidding, the sale was at a substantially higher price.
