Over 40 years experience within the commercial property world specialising in the disposal and acquisition of commercial property investments throughout the Westcountry.

Damian enjoys the social aspect of the business and in particular playing golf, tennis and supporting Exeter Chiefs.

Jonathan has lived in Devon since 1992 and has been working as a surveyor in Exeter since 2000. He joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2005, becoming a Director in 2019. He specialises in the office and industrial sectors, undertaking property disposals and acquisitions, valuations and landlord/tenant negotiations. Jonathan is an RICS Registered Valuer, undertaking valuations for banks, pension funds, legal purposes (probate and matrimonial), local authorities and charities.

Jonathan enjoys the great outdoors, dividing his time between Exeter and Dartmoor as well as kayaking both locally and abroad. He has a sense of adventure and enjoys planning adventures in little-known corners of the globe which, as well as satisfying his wanderlust, serve to remind him that his favourite part of the world is the Westcountry.

Mike joined the company in 2007 and is a RICS Registered Valuer and the Director responsible for Professional Services, specialising in Landlord & Tenant matters relating to all types of commercial property across the south west together with Valuation Advice for both secured and non-secured lending purposes.

Mike is a keen sportsman and particularly enjoys football, cricket and badminton. He has previously undertaken the conversion of a former church in Exeter and has travelled to over 35 countries.

Roger is a recent addition to Devonian society and brings with him 30 years of valuation experience from South Africa. Roger is a RICS Registered Valuer and has been with Stratton Creber Commercial since January 2024 dealing with the full spectrum of commercial and residential property sector valuations for a mix of secured lending, pensions and probate.

Roger enjoys travelling and exploring the great outdoors with his family, having recently spent 9 months in a motor home travelling the UK, Scandinavia and Europe before settling in Exeter. He is a keen golfer when time allows.

Rob joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2017 as a Management Surveyor. He was made Associate Director and Head of the Exeter Management Department in 2019. Rob oversees the management of commercial property across all sectors, bringing him into contact with tenants of all shapes and sizes. As well as routine property management, Rob also handles lease renewals, rent reviews, and provides strategic advice for clients.

Outside of work Rob enjoys spending time with his family and when time allows, watching the varying fortunes of the Welsh rugby team, and the Exeter Chiefs.

Tom joined Stratton Creber Commercial in April 2021. Having started his career in commercial property in South Devon Tom now has extensive experience of the industrial markets across the County whilst retaining a knowledge of retail, office and investment in South Devon. In addition to his agency role Tom also supports the team in acting on lease advisory matters.

In his spare time Tom enjoys exploring the countryside, taking long walks, and visiting local towns to experience the rich culture and history they have to offer.

Vicky started her property career in residential sales in 2016 before progressing into commercial agency in 2020. Vicky now oversees the majority of the retail transactions as well as city centre offices, both in sales and lettings and also acquisitions for key clients.

Vicky hails from Devon, and when not working she is often found at a gig, adding to her vinyl collection or training for her next 10K or half marathon.

Chris joined the Agency department of Stratton Creber Commercial in January 2005. He was appointed as a director in 2012 and is now the Managing Director of Plymouth.

Having originally qualified as a rural practice Chartered Surveyor in 2001, Robin is now an RICS Registered Valuer with more than ten years of experience in the commercial sector.

Chris has been with Stratton Creber Commercial since 2003 completing a Masters degree in Real Estate and Business Management at the University of the West of England in 2004.

A landlord and tenant specialist with more than 25 years experience, Phil is currently instructed on a wide range of rent review and lease renewal cases across most commercial sectors within Devon and Cornwall.

The professional and agency departments saw the addition of Stephen Matcham following the merger of long established commercial surveyors Allsop Matcham Ltd  with Stratton Creber in May 2009. 

Tom is a Director of the firm responsible for the Company’s Professional Services Department and heads up the Truro office.

Matthew is a Chartered Building Surveyor assisting in property change and improvement; providing support on technical building matters, reports and delivering building projects.

Gavin joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2017 as Agency Surveyor specialising in the disposal and acquisition of retail, office, industrial and investment properties within the busy agency department.

Robin specialises in the acquisition and disposal of development sites throughout Devon and Cornwall for residential, commercial and mixed use schemes.

Emma started her career in the property sector in 2008 in Yorkshire, relocating to Plymouth in 2012.

During this time, she has had various property management roles within the residential and commercial sectors, joining Stratton Creber Commercial as a Management Surveyor in 2022.

Sarah joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2016 having previously worked for a privately owned group of companies based in London who were commercial property owners and managers with investment services.

Monty is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor and a Registered Valuer, providing agency, valuation and professional services to clients.

He joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2024 and has experience of a wide range of commercial property and land within Cornwall, as well as redevelopment and residential property.

After graduating with a degree in Building Surveying and the Environment, he then undertook his APC with RICS in Commercial Real Estate to become a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.

Outside of the work environment, Monty is a keen sportsman and currently Club Captain of West Cornwall Football Club. ​ ​

Coming from a background in extensive commercial banking, Mike joined the company in 2005.

Joanne joined Stratton Creber Commercial as accounts assistant in 2021 following many years of accounting experience across several sectors. Her recent finance roles included working for a support housing provider in Plymouth and for a housing association in Wales.

Joanne assists with the smooth running of all aspects of the property management accounts.

In her spare time, she enjoys heading off in her campervan exploring and relaxing.

Jody joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2018 having previously worked for a firm of solicitors for 15 years. Jody contributes to the smooth running of the office by providing support to various departments.

Tamson joined Stratton Creber Commercial straight from school as office junior and has progressed to Head of Reception/Accounts Assistant.

Liz joined SCC in December 2022 having previously worked in property related businesses for 16 years and now provides admin support to all departments.

Freelance consultant Lucy is based at the Plymouth office and provides a range of PR, social media and marketing support.

Phil joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2019. Phil is a RICS Registered Valuer and has experience in a wide range of commercial, medical, development and residential property sectors throughout the South West region having previously worked in the South East.

Rachael joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2011 having previously worked in the residential property sector in Cornwall and the Cotswolds.
