Day to day he is involved in both disposals and acquisitions on behalf of commercial premises for retained clients, property companies, and institutions. Within the department he specialises in transactional work within the retail, office, industrial and investment sectors. His work varies between leasehold and freehold transactions.

Robin has experience in a wide range of commercial, development, residential and agricultural property sectors throughout the South West region, with particular specialism in doctors' surgeries. Robin undertakes valuations for financial / lending institutions, advisors, companies, partnerships and individuals. These can be used for a variety of purposes including probate, loan security, taxation or simply for company accounts and other internal purposes.

Having been involved in most aspects of commercial property, Chris is now specialising in property management and landlord and tenant work, acting for a wide range of clients, including both landlords and tenants, in rent review and lease renewal negotiations across all sectors of commercial property.  He is also involved with niche work in the medical sector acting for practices throughout Devon and Cornwall.

Receiving appointments from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Phil also acts in the capacity of both an arbitrator and independent expert in connection with the resolution of rent review disputes, in addition to providing strategic valuation and technical input to both landlords and tenants in both the corporate and private sectors in connection with various aspects of leases, including re-structuring. Rating consultancy and acquisition advice  is also provided on an ongoing basis to owners and occupiers of property including retail, motor trade and industrial concerns of significant importance to the local economy and also specialist property sectors.

Stephen has been within the commercial property field in Plymouth and broader West Country for more than 30 years, specialising in industrial development and agency, valuations, landlord and tenant and, latterly, a specialism in ports and commercial waterside.

After working for major surveying firms in the South East and across the UK, Matthew moved to the South West nine years ago.

Matthew joined Stratton Creber Commercial in 2015. His experience working in commercial, residential, charity, government sectors and on listed and landmark buildings allows him to advise in pre-purchase reporting, relocation, fit out, dilapidations, maintenance planning, principal designer role (CDM 2015), designing and specifying works, project management, employers agent role and monitoring projects.

Alex has experience in a wide range of commercial, development, and residential property sectors throughout the South West region, with particular specialism the South Hams area of South Devon. Alex undertakes valuations for financial / lending institutions, advisors, companies, partnerships and individuals. These can be used for a variety of purposes including probate, loan security, taxation or simply for company accounts and other internal purposes.

Having worked within the residential sector for over 25 years, Gavin commenced his career in 1991 when he joined one of the largest corporate UK estate agency chains where he progressed from a trainee estate agent. His managerial career commenced in 1997 with one of the largest UK independent estate agency chains.

Since 1997, Gavin has managed a number of successful independent estate agency offices throughout a variety of locations in both the North West and South West providing him with a broad knowledge of a variety of market places.

Robin has a broad and diverse client base ranging from land owners to large volume national house builders and has a wealth of experience in site assembly, residual development appraisals and expert witness work. Robin also provides asset disposal advice and strategies to a range of local authorities and government bodies.

Sarah has over seventeen years accounting experience in commercial property management and has previously worked for a theatre group and a water company.

Mike works with the company in developing and implementing its Corporate Strategy and Business Development Plans.Mike also provides overriding financial advice to the board of Directors

In her spare time, Jody enjoys dancing and running, and recently took part in a 24 hour running event, raising money for Dementia UK. Jody also performs in dance shows, helping to raise money for local charities.

Tamson contributes to the smooth running of the office together with credit control and assisting with accounts matters, along with other roles she undertakes within the company.

Lucy's career started in retail and education marketing with Marks and Spencer, City College Plymouth (formerly Plymouth College of Further Education) and the Learning and Skills Council. More recently she has enjoyed assignments in the sports sector, with Plymouth Argyle FC and Plymouth Albion RFC .
