We have let an office at Matford Business Park in Exeter for the second time in twelve months, following the first tenant’s early departure.
Unit 5 Cranmere Court is a ground floor office in a 1980s development, comprising 1,750 sq.ft of largely open-plan offices with 7 parking spaces. It was let in late 2023 to a medical services firm which intended to move into the Exeter market, but following their decision to close the office 5 months after lease commencement, we re-marketed, resulting in the recent letting to a quantity surveying firm. The new tenant is consolidating offices in Exeter and Torbay, while also taking on additional space for their rising headcount.
