Agency Surveyor Gavin Sagar has completed the letting of three units in Salcombe to Devon Rum.

The artisan rum maker has chosen Hannaford’s Landing as its new home. Neighbouring businesses include a popular bar and restaurant, a holiday lettings company and a dental practice.

The new Devon Rum HQ enjoys a prime location on Island Street. There are nearby car parks there as well as other highly regarded independent and national occupiers.

Gavin says: “Island Street has become increasingly popular. The area has benefited from some exciting developments, including Salcombe Gin. I am delighted to have completed the letting to Devon Rum. I am sure they will continue to thrive there.”

Established in March 2020, the Devon Rum Company exists to share the joy of artisan rums with the world. Their award-winning spiced and flavoured rums are hand-crafted in Salcombe by a local team.
