Exeter commercial agents Stratton Creber Commercial have just brought three business park offices to market in Exeter.
At Tourism House, on the Pynes Hill office campus, a suite of 2,165 square feet is immediately available. The suite is mostly open-plan but with some partitioning which forms two meeting rooms, and the building offers spacious lobbies and staff facilities including a shower. The suite has 10 parking spaces plus shared use of visitor spaces.
Also at Pynes Hill, a suite of 1,221 square feet has come to market at Minerva House. The suite is offered with or without the current fully-glazed partitioning, and comes with its own kitchen and 5 allocated parking spaces.
Also on the eastern side of the city, at Peninsular Park, a suite of 2,319 square feet will shortly be available at Estuary House. The suite offers mostly open-plan space plus a screened reception, a board room and a kitchen, and comes with 15 allocated parking spaces.
These three offices, all of which have just come to the market, are in addition to space which Stratton Creber Commercial was already marketing at Pynes Hill, which offers various unit sizes up to 10,255 square feet.
Jonathan Ling of Stratton Creber Commercial comments: “We have seen ever decreasing levels of quality modern office space in the city in recent years, with the result that relocation options for firms in the city have become scarce. It is good to see a broad range of office sizes now available, all of which offer flexible and modern accommodation, each with its key selling points.”
