Stratton Creber Commercial are pleased to announce their appointment as managing agent of a recently developed industrial investment on behalf of Patrick Investment Ltd.
The property at Estover Industrial Estate consists of four industrial units totalling circa 38,500 square feet, formed following the partial demolition and redevelopment of a single building.
With the client having pre-let all but one of the units prior to completion of the build, Stratton Creber Commercial were tasked with setting up the service charge budget and unit apportionments at pre-contract stage, subsequently implementing service contracts on the property and the ongoing management of the investment following practical completion.
