‘My Care My Home’ Secures Launch Pad in Cornwall

A ground floor retail unit in Penryn has a new tenant, thanks to property consultancy Stratton Creber Commercial (SCC).

My Care My Home has moved into the premises at 16-18 Lower Market Street as part of a county-wide expansion plan.

The care advice service plans to create up to 50 new quality domiciliary care jobs in Cornwall, paying above the living wage, from their new address in the market town.

My Care My Home operations manager Robert Ramsaha-Southall says: “My Care My Home Ltd are very excited to start providing high quality domiciliary care to the citizens of Cornwall. As a living wage accredited employer we will also be providing well paid employment within the local area.”

The deal was structured by agency surveyor Joseph Rea of Stratton Creber Commercial’s Truro office, with colleague Matthew Williams providing building consultancy advice.
