Stratton Creber Commercial has boosted its building consultancy services with the appointment of experienced RICS chartered building surveyor Jason Sandland.
Jason enhances the company’s existing building surveying offer, providing building consultancy advice on acquisition, maintenance, construction, design and management (CDM) and development or disposal of commercial property across the region.
Jason joins the firm after working for both private and public sector bodies, with more than 25 years of experience and knowledge across the commercial, residential, government and specialist sectors.
Some of his past projects include delivering a private finance initiative (PFI) new build hospital, an internal office fit out scheme for DAA, the entrance refurbishment scheme at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, numerous school maintenance projects for Cornwall Council, the change of use, planning and fit out of a commercial garage, University of Bath student accommodation, Ashford’s offices multi-storey build and relocation scheme and new build planning and design to replace a fire damaged public house in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Jason’s expertise; in specifying and managing project works, investigating and reporting on property issues, listed buildings, construction health and safety management and fire safety, all add to the existing building consultancy services offered by Stratton Creber Commercial and provide the team with a valuable new dimension.
