Two office lettings have been secured for the owner of an Exeter office building by Stratton Creber Commercial in the last month.

Philip House occupies a prominent and convenient position on the Honiton Road, just off the M5 exit for Sowton. It is best-known for the Starbucks and Dominos outlets fronting the road, but also includes a business centre comprising several small office units.

A unit of 330 square feet was let in July to a construction firm, and a further unit of 516 square feet was let in the same month to a footwear retailer, bringing the building back to full occupancy as lockdown eased.
