We have let an industrial unit at Exeter’s Trade City after the tenant was identified within a week of going to market.

Unit 14 Apple Lane is an end-of-terrace unit, built in the early 2000s a short distance from Junction 30 of the M5 on the eastern side of Exeter. The 4,703 sq.ft unit has a sizeable ground floor office and a mezzanine covering much of the warehouse area.

The new lease, to a company which relocates from premises just outside Exeter, is at the asking rent of £37,500 per annum.
