The letting of an industrial site in Cofton Road, on the Marsh Barton estate in Exeter, has completed.

The building, which was formerly occupied by Westcountry Slate, has been let in a back-to-back deal to Network Plus, a national contractor to the utilities industries. The building comprises 6,400 square feet of offices, showroom and warehouse, and is set on a site which includes parking to the front and a storage compound to the side. The letting is at a headline rent of £37,500 per annum, which represents a substantial increase on the previous rent.

Jonathan Ling, who brokered the deal on behalf of the landlord, comments: “This site attracted strong interest, mainly owing to the fact that it offers ample external storage space, which is always highly sought-after at Marsh Barton. The strength of the industrial market generally also meant that demand was strong.”
