We have sold a building on Exeter’s Exhibition Way Trading Estate in a complex transaction.
Hybrid House is a detached 1960s building of 8,614 sq.ft, a mix of workshop and offices. It has been in various uses but most recently housed a firm which develops technology to reduce fuel consumption in vehicles and electrically-powered vehicles. The long leasehold has been sold to a company which will use it for the servicing of vehicles.
The sale was subject to planning consent for the purchaser’s use as well as a deed of variation to the lease. The result was a lengthy sale process which culminated in a successful completion in August.
