Within 5 days all 4 shops were snapped up by local occupiers including a barbers, estate/letting agents and sports/tennis shop.
The development comprises 5 houses, 6 flats and 4 shops.
Completion for the shops is scheduled for December 2018 with the occupiers looking to open for business in January.
