In late 2016 Stratton Creber Commercial were appointed to let the former Oracle offices, known as Revolution House, at Pynes Hill in Exeter.
The property was vacated in early December and the lease to the new tenant, Equiniti, was completed by the end of the same month. The 10,200 sq.ft detached building has an excellent parking allocation and two fibre optic connections, which made it ideal for the incoming occupier.
The letting is one of Exeter’s largest in recent months and was this deal, combined with other smaller deals in the first quarter of 2017, has reduced office availability on Exeter’s premier business park to below 2007 levels for the first time since the recession.
